History
The history of the Company dates back to 2003, when the owner decided to establish his own Company - for the sale of silver jewellery - named after himself, KAREL MÝL, which determined that the future direction of his Company would be one with strong family roots and built upon stable values, which last for generations.
The building of a new brand, KAREL MÝL, from the very beginning was supported by a completely original and unmistakeable approach to the design of a high quality silver jewellery, with an eye and a sense for beautiful things. The positive and distinctive attitude towards customers and tireless work, constantly in search of the most beautiful and timeless designs, has gradually opened the eyes of the people and taught them to fall in love with beautiful things, which leads to people being happier.
This unique concept has shown itself to be correct, because the number of customers has rapidly expanded. Therefore, the gradually expanding company involved the entire extended family, including closest friends and acquaintances. A quality team of successful sales representatives developed, who continued in the spirit of originality and quality.
Since the beginning, the company with its proven business model sales of jewellery, where the customer can choose directly in the retail shop from a countless assortment, check the merchandise immediately and buy it without any loss of time.
Over the course of time, the Company, KAREL MÝL has made a significant impact upon the market share of sales of jewellery in the Czech Republic, so the next logical step was the launch of sales in Slovakia in 2012. In the same year the Company trademark logo was registered so that the clarity and uniqueness of the range is emphasized to business partners.
In 2013 a strategic decision was made to convert the whole range of goods under a unique information system in order to maximize the improvement to customer service and streamline the entire process. The new system has enabled an accurate record of each item, the ability to print the invoice directly to the customer, or use a new label with a modern Data Matrix code, which can be useful for the sale and purchase of goods by the customers themselves.
The company KAREL MÝL continues to progress. In 2014 it was time to launch sales in Germany and Austria, based upon the large experience gained in the Czech and Slovak Republics, which further supported the development of the brand. The positive reaction of new customers, to the quality and design, again confirmed that the chosen path of the Company is correct.
